What we store
Creovant stores account and profile details, marketplace activity, messages and attachments, support tickets, referral records, and transaction history needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.
Payments
Whop handles payment credentials. Creovant stores provider references, wallet ledger entries, held balances, fees, cashback, disputes, and related audit events—not complete card details.
Identity verification
Creovant uses Didit to verify identity before financial actions. We send the legal name and date of birth you enter so Didit can compare them with a government ID. Didit processes the ID image and selfie used for Face Match 1:1. Creovant does not store those images; we retain your entered name and date of birth, consent timestamp, provider session reference, verification result, and audit events for fraud prevention and compliance. Visibility and support
Profile visibility settings control public rate and activity fields. Direct and group conversations are limited to their participants. Authorized support staff can access a transaction-linked conversation when they join it to resolve a ticket or dispute.
Retention and requests
You can update profile, notification, and account settings in the product. Account deletion removes or anonymizes public profile content, while financial and safety records may be retained where necessary to complete obligations, prevent fraud, or meet legal requirements.
