Privacy Notice
This page is derived from the privacy and data protection terms in Creovant's legal document and presented in a cleaner format for web use.
What we collect
Account and profile information such as name, username, email address, organization details, profile metadata, and credentials you choose to provide.
Marketplace and transaction data such as listings, purchases, service requests, wallet balances, payout or invoicing details, and related communications.
Community and platform activity such as messages, group participation, moderation reports, uploaded content, and interactions with platform features.
Technical and security data such as device, browser, log, authentication, and anti-abuse information needed to operate, secure, and improve Creovant.
How we use personal data
To create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, run the marketplace, support messaging and community features, process transactions, and deliver requested services.
To secure the platform, detect fraud or abuse, investigate reports, enforce the Terms, comply with law, and maintain reliability and integrity.
To improve the service, support product analytics, troubleshoot issues, manage beta features, and communicate important account or operational updates.
To send marketing messages only where permitted by law, with opt-out controls where required.
Legal bases and compliance
Creovant states that it processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, which may include the GDPR, UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, CCPA as amended by CPRA, the Philippine Data Privacy Act, the Singapore PDPA, and similar laws depending on user location and service offering.
Where the law requires a legal basis, Creovant may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent, or other lawful grounds depending on the context.
Sharing and third parties
We may share data with payment processors, infrastructure providers, support tools, moderation partners, and other service providers that help run the platform.
We may disclose information to regulators, law enforcement, rights holders, courts, or affected users where permitted or required by law, including in fraud, safety, intellectual property, or enforcement matters.
Payment providers such as Stripe may independently process data under their own legal terms and privacy notices.
International transfers
Because Creovant operates across multiple jurisdictions, personal data may be processed or transferred across borders. Creovant says it will do so in line with applicable legal requirements and its Privacy Notice.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, port, appeal, or opt out of certain processing.
Creovant will honor those rights subject to verification requirements and the limits of applicable law. Privacy requests can be sent to operations@creovant.app.
Retention and account closure
Creovant may keep records for as long as needed to provide the service, complete transactions, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, protect safety, and enforce the Terms.
Closing an account does not always result in immediate deletion of all data, especially where retention is required for legal, payment, fraud, tax, or dispute reasons.
