Using Creovant
Creovant is a professional marketplace for discovering talent, publishing projects and commissions, messaging collaborators, and coordinating protected work. You must provide accurate information, publish lawful content, and keep your credentials secure. Fraud, harassment, impersonation, and attempts to bypass payment or safety controls are prohibited.
Protected transactions
A transaction becomes funded only after its full amount moves from the payer's available Creovant wallet into a held balance. Neither collaborator can spend held funds. Before work is marked in progress, either party may cancel and funded money is returned automatically. After work begins, cancellation is replaced by the dispute process.
Delivery, fees, and cashback
Funds are released after both collaborators confirm delivery, or after support resolves a dispute. The displayed membership fee is deducted from the recipient's payout at release. Eligible cashback is credited to the payer at release and is subject to the plan and rolling-period cap shown before purchase. Ledger and transaction records are the source of truth for amounts and status.
Disputes and evidence
A dispute may be opened once work has started. The private reason is visible to the reporter and authorized support staff, not the other collaborator. Support may review the linked conversation and transaction history, request more information, then release or refund the held amount. Provider chargebacks may reduce wallet funds and create an amount owed if the wallet is insufficient.
Billing and enforcement
Wallet deposits and recurring memberships are processed through Whop and may also be subject to Whop's checkout, refund, verification, and billing terms. Creovant may restrict or suspend accounts to protect users, preserve financial records, or meet legal obligations. Contact support from the in-product Support center for transaction, billing, or safety issues.
